Who owns the company?
PSM is owned by Peter Scheuenpflug (CEO) since its foundation in 1994.
Where are PSM products manufactured?
99% of our products are manufactured in-house here in Germany, using our own production facility. Only a very few supplies are sourced globally.
Does PSM offer a prototyping service?
Yes we do! PSM is able to prototype your wildest ideas, please head over to our Prototyping page.
How many years of experience PSM has got?
PSM as a company has got over 20 years of experience in designing and manufacturing different kinds of radio controlled related products. The Company is in operation since 1994.

Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel your order at anytime, as long as it has not entered the shipping process. Once it is in transit, you can only cancel your order by claim your right to cancel with a return within 14 days of original delivery.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No you don’t, guest checkout is available. But we recommend you to create one. If you do so, you can review your order, save addresses and make faster future purchases.
How can I track my order?
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept PayPal, Credit Card, SOFORT and Bank Wire payments. All payments will be processed trough a SSL connection with SHA-256 RSA Encryption.

Which shipping methods are available?
Our regular shipping service, incl. tracking, is flat-rate based and costs 5,95 € to all locations worldwide. Order above 99,95 € total value are free of shipping charge.
As an addition we offer a special express shipping service, which includes priority worldwide express shipping. The pricing for this service will be individually calculated based on the shipping destination.
Do you ship international?
Of course we do. We are experienced in international shipping and are happy to offer it for almost every country worldwide.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The transit time heavily depends on a lot of variables which can speed up or slow down the delivery of your order. Our experienced average transit times can be found here.
