A factory direct purchase with PSM is really easy and straightforward. Simply browse through our products, add the desired items to your shopping cart and complete the checkout process.
(Example) You can also follow these detailed steps to learn how to purchase a product:
1) Visit the products page by clicking on Products in the main navigation menu.
2) Choose a product and click on its picture to enter the product detail page. If you are looking for a quick-view, you may use the Quick View button.
3) Please read the product informations and understand what are you purchasing.
4) Add the product to your shopping cart with a click on Add to cart. You may also adjust the quantity, default is 1.
5) A slide-out shopping cart will appear for your review, modifications and confirmation.
6) While the slide-out cart is still open, proceed with a click on Checkout.
7) You now will be redirected to the checkout page.
8) Please fill in your billing and shipping informations, choose to create an account* and leave a custom message if you want.
9) Select a shipping and payment option and accept our terms & conditions.
10) Review and confirm your order by clicking on the Buy Now or Proceed to … button, depending on the selected payment method.
11) Your order will now be transmitted us and if successful, the order confirmation will appear.
* We encourage you to create an account during the checkout process. Benefits include the ability to view your order history and save addresses for faster future checkout.
Once successfully received and paid, your order gets ready to be dispatched to you as fast as possible. In case you are wondering what the current order status means, we explain it here:
Pending Payment: We have received your order, but still awaiting the payment. Please arrange it as soon as possible or contact us if there was an error.
Processing: Your order and payment have been successfully received. Your order is getting ready for dispatch.
On hold: There was a problem with your order and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Completed: Your order was dispatched and is now completed.
Cancelled: Your order was cancelled and in case you have already made the payment, we will arrange the refund as soon as possible.
Refunded: We have completely refund your order.
Failed: Your order was failed due to an error. Please try it again or get in touch with us to help you.
We are only offering secure, well known and proven online payment methods. You may select your favorite payment option during the checkout process.

Please note that we can only accept payments received in Euros (€). So if you arrange a manual payment, please make sure to select the correct currency. We do not charge you any extra payment fees, however your bank or credit card issuer may charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.
All payments made through our website will be securely processed and transmitted via SSL Encryption.
Tax rates (VAT) will be calculated based on your billing address and the order value. Basically that means:
Countries within the European Union = Regular value added tax of 19% will apply.
Countries outside the European Union = No value added tax will apply, it may be charged at destination.
We keep it simple. No matter which quantity or size, we offer regular shipping incl. tracking at an 5,95 € flatrate to almost all locations worldwide. Express shipping is available and will be calculated according to the shipping destination. You can select a shipping method during the checkout process.
Shipping Frequency: Daily – from Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.
Same Day Shipping: If order is placed before 11:30 am (CET) – Delays caused by national holidays or unexpected workload may apply.
Free Shipping: Is available and will be automatically activated if purchase value is above 99,95 €.
Handling Fee: Does not apply.
Customs Fee: Duties and Taxes may apply according to the country of destination.
Tax Free Delivery: Does apply if your country is qualified. (Outside of the European Union)
* Storewide delivery time notice is valid for shipments within Germany only. International transit time will be longer.
We are shipping worldwide and based on our experience we have created an average transit time cheat-sheet for you. The estimates should be pretty accurate but are not guaranteed, please do not rely on them. (All estimates are based on regular shipping without transit or customs delays)

Refuse of Package and Redelivery
If your package can not be delivered, is unclaimed or is refused, you are responsible for the following:
Return and redelivery shipping charges to PSM. Duties, taxes and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for return or redelivery shipments. The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your refund.
So please make sure you are tracking the package with the provided tracking number and collect it from your post office if a direct delivery was unsuccessful.
We may resend your order if it was sent all the way back to us. But please mind the extra charges.
We choose form 4 different shipping carriers to make sure your order will arrive in time.
Regular: Deutsche Post, DHL
Express: DHL, UPS, TNT
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item for any reason, we are happy to help!
There are a few things to keep in mind when returning a product that was purchased through our official online shop:
1) Return your item(s) within 14 calendar days after original delivery.
2) Only return PSM products purchased through this website. Products purchased from our official resellers must be returned directly to them (different return terms may apply).
3) Please make sure that the item you are returning is well repackaged and includes all original delivery contents.
How to Return an Item
Please mind the important informations above and follow these instruction:
1) Please download and complete our Cancellation Form.
2) Please use a proper box or envelope and get the item(s) well packed for your return shipment.
3) Please ship your package including the cancellation form to the following address:

Once we have received your package, we will evaluate the content and its condition and arrange an immediate refund of the original order value. Please mind that if the item(s) condition is used or original content is missing, the refund value may be debased. The way how your refund is processed depends on the original payment method and can take up to 30 days.
– Payments via credit or debit card will be will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5 business days after the return of your item(s).
– Payments via PayPal will be refund within 3 business days.
– All other payments will be refund within 4 business days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment tracking number along with a tracking link via Email. Please mind that the tracking number/link may need some time to become valid, depending on the carriers network. It should be valid not later than 24 hours after dispatch.

If you have set-up an account with us and you are looking to check the current status of your order, please switch to the orders tab in your account dashboard.
In case you have purchased as guest, you can check with us at email@example.com about the status of your order. (Please prepare Order ID)

No Matter if your feedback is good or bad, we are excited to hear your experience or thoughts! It would be great if you could take a few minutes to write up a short summary with pros and cons, but thats not a must-have.
